2025年大暑の酒丸。

Sakemaru in the Great Heat of 2025.

Late July 2025.
The heat will come on the 22nd.
Daisho literally means "the hottest period."
After this heatwave, the beginning of autumn is just around the corner!
So it's best to enjoy this hottest time of the year now!

As for me...
On July 12th, I went to an event in Kichijoji, Tokyo for the first time in a while!
We set up a stall at a music event called DOO WOP DAY PARTY.

This is the ninth time,
It has already grown into a regular July event .

The setting is like this.
Everyone appearing...

Starting with The Twists,
The Crazy Sounds ,
Surakawa Hot Brothers ,
And the grand finale will be Oh!Sharels and a large doo-wop group!
With each passing event, it feels like a class reunion.
"Wow, it's been a while!"
The conversation was always along the lines of, "What have you been up to lately?"
Even at a good age, I have friends who can enjoy music.
That's great!
The commemorative TS and stickers that were on sale on the day were:

And finally...setup!
I have the shirt and pants !

Hawaiian shirt and shorts
A top and bottom set-up is recommended!

I've pasted a bunch of photos in quick succession...
In fact, these shirts
These are shirts that share one common feature.
it is…
All fabrics were found in deadstock !
Even if it's dead stock,
It's not that old.
It's been a few years, at most a dozen years.
How do you find them?
There are trading companies that specialize in these fabrics,
This is because we have had a long and deep relationship with it.

Originally, the country of Japan was...
The country has a history of honing its technological capabilities and making money through exports .
The same goes for apparel...
We receive dyeing and printing orders from all over the world,
They exported it and earned foreign currency.
A famous story is about a certain prestigious French brand, H.
We ordered silk scarves from Japan, taking advantage of their dyeing technology.
Since 1837, we have been creating fans all over the world.
Japan is a technologically advanced nation.
For silk, we have Hachioji in Tokyo and Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture,
For cotton, go to Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture.
For rayon yarn dyeing, go to Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture, etc.

For example, from overseas companies...
Let's say you receive an order to "make 10,000 meters of fabric A."
However, export is not possible unless the exact number of meters ordered is metre.
So, from the factory side,
In anticipation of weaving defects and printing errors,
Make about 11,000m (10% more).
Then, remove about 500m of the poorly made part and discard it.
The original order of 10,000m was exported.
Japan has 500m left.
The remainder would normally be exported in bulk to developing countries.
(This is why children in such countries wear "Doraemon patterned clothes.")

However...a snake's way is a snake's way.
Before being put on a ship bound for a developing country,
There is a trading company that will quickly extract just the shirt fabric with the pattern that Dry Bones likes!
(We've been friends for over 30 years now.)

thus…
At Dry Bones stores,
The store is lined with "unique shirts made from deadstock fabric."
However…
These types of patterns are usually made from special fabrics that require "time-consuming" or "highly difficult" work.
Therefore, weaving defects and printing errors are likely to occur.
In many cases, what remains after export is only a small number of meters.
So the production number is extremely small (sweat)

The "shirts made from deadstock fabric" introduced above are...
We make shirts using extremely rare fabrics that can never be made again.
There are only a few of each left.
Please hurry.

When I was weeding in the garden...
I found a baby praying mantis.

Despite their appearance, they are excellent hunters that eat garden pests one after another.
I'm sure I was searching for deadstock fabrics too.
I feel the same as this little hunter.

See you later.
