This is going to be a bit of a local story,
I've recently become addicted to a ramen restaurant near Shimokitazawa Station in Tokyo.
"Shellfish noodles Mikawa".
As the name suggests, this is a ramen restaurant that serves shellfish broth.
The shellfish used seem to be clams, mussels, and scallops.
As soon as you enter the store you are enveloped in the aroma.
Ever since I was a child, I've loved ordering something like "sea ramen" when I go to the sea, and I've had ramen with scallops or shrimp on top, or mixed with green laver, etc. But most of the time, the soup is clear and salty, and once you've eaten the toppings, it's no longer sea ramen, which I found somehow lacking.
However, the soup of this Kaimen Mikawa is incredibly clammy!
I was surprised when I ate it for the first time.

The signature dish is the "shellfish noodles" (large serving).
There are also monthly menus available.
In December, we have "Oysters and Shellfish with Sake Lees Miso Soba - Served with Lemon Butter."
This was also attractive, and when I went there the day before yesterday,
I decided to order both!

What's particularly noteworthy about this duffle is its silhouette.
The shape is just great.
The texture, thickness and weight of the fabric are just right!
I don't know if it's proof, but the hood stands up.
One reason for this is the piping tape applied to the seam allowance on the back, but more than anything, it shows the high quality of the fabric.
