I announced in my blog the other day that I had started going to Chocozappu, and yesterday was my third time.
The photo is a bit blurry (lol), but I ran for an hour and covered a little over 7 kilometers!
After about 20 minutes, you'll feel like you can run forever.
I'm not good at exercise, but I like running. There was a time when I ran 8km in an hour, 3 days a week for 6 months. I think I can keep up with the pace now that I'm used to it.
I've had the experience of hurting my feet when I suddenly got too excited and started exercising, so I want to be careful about that...lol
