首元のお洒落。

Stylish neckline.

Hello, this is Wami from the Osaka store.

Last Monday, a typhoon hit Osaka, so our original plans were cancelled.

(Was your area safe from damage?)

I was completely at a loss as to what to do, so I started making gyoza from scratch (laughs).

(There were just a few gyoza wrappers in the supermarket.)

The most common recipe for gyoza skins seems to be half plain flour and half strong flour,

I figured I wouldn't be using strong flour anywhere else, so I tried a recipe that only used weak flour.

For now, I managed to get the seeds clean and evenly divided them, rolled them into balls, and stretched them out with a cotton swab...

It just ends up being a really misshapen shape. (laughs)

The skin stretches a lot while it's wrapped.

And here is the finished product.

Wow... dirty...

By the way, this is what I made using store-bought gyoza skins.

beautiful···!!!

I tried grilling both and comparing the taste, and the store-bought skin was the clear winner!!

It seems that just because something takes time and effort doesn't mean it's delicious 😂

(Homemade skins stretch while they are wrapped, and they lose their shape when baked and are prone to tearing...)

However, I began to feel that I would like to someday make my own gyoza wrappers that are just as good as those sold in stores.

I'll report back if I improve...!

Well, I started with a topic that has nothing to do with fashion, but

Since the typhoon passed, the air has suddenly become autumnal!

At night, a jacket like a denim jacket has become indispensable.

Autumn is a season with pleasant weather that makes fashion even more fun, so today I would like to introduce some neck accessories that will take your outfit to the next level.

First, let me start with my outfit for today.

The simple outfit consists of a plain cut-and-sew top, jeans, and a second denim jacket, with a polka dot scarf added.

I folded it thinly and wrapped it tightly around my neck.

It's a way of wearing it that is unique to women, but I like the choker-like look it gives.

This is how to roll it.

Fold it in half again to about thirds, then place the middle part at the front and over the center of your neck.

Cross it once behind your neck and bring it to the front.

So let's tie it up.

When tying the knot, pull the top part from the inside of the first wrap and tie it to shape it.

Finished. If a man does this, it will be about the same length as a bandana.

This is a way to tie a shirt that suits items that everyone has, such as T-shirts and cut-and-sew tops, so please give it a try!

Next up is the tie!

Dry Bones also has a wide lineup of accessories for suits, but my top recommendation is this Seven Fold Neck Tie.

In the 1920s, this item was loved by the Italian Mafia in America. It was literally a seven-fold tie.

In Italian it is called sette (number seven) pieghe (fold).

While regular ties have a lining and a core, this tie is made from a single piece of silk folded over.

So it's thin and flexible, and very easy to tie.

The sophisticated colors also go well with casual styles.

Adding a tie pin or color clip will make your look even more stylish.

The unique Swordfish tie pin looks like a sword piercing the tie.

A rhinestone tie pin that also comes with a line of matching cufflinks.

The collar clip is an item that lifts the tie and makes it look three-dimensional. It looks cool when it sparkles on your collar.

At this time of year, there are a few people who want to try the style of wearing a tie under a denim jacket.

When pairing with denim, it is recommended to wear a stand-up collar work shirt or a button-down shirt rather than a suit shirt, as these are easier to match.

As an added bonus, we also have a large selection of bow ties!

The retro and cute atmosphere is appealing.

It's also wedding season, so many people come looking for items for their weddings.

Lastly, the easiest item to have is a bandana!
