Last weekend, I had my second summer vacation.
I went to Okayama, where my best friend lives, for the first time in a long time.
His best friend was a long-distance truck driver.
I travel between Okayama and Tokyo every week.
On the way there, I got a ride in his truck, so it was like hitchhiking.
I headed there, enjoying a taste of youth.
Momojiro is in the passenger door!
Meeting for the first time in seven or eight years, the conversation blossomed.
We barely slept on the truck that left late at night.
We arrived at our destination in no time.
We stayed for two nights and spent the whole time talking and drinking.
This year's summer vacation was fulfilling.
Now that my battery is charged, I head back to the store and there I find the autumn/winter lineup already there!
