And one thing that everyone is concerned about is how to wash rayon shirts.

But wearing it in this heat meant my shirt got pretty sweaty...

I tried washing it at home!
First off, here's a photo of it in its new condition before washing.

As expected, there is some wear and tear on the pocket openings and collar.
And it felt a little fluffy.
Regarding the shrinkage that you are concerned about,

It didn't shrink as much as I expected??
Of course, it depends on how you wash it, but if you put it in a laundry net and wash it with detergent for delicates, it may not shrink as much as you'd expect!
I also hung it on a hanger before drying and used a steam iron to remove wrinkles, so that may have helped as well.
So you may not need to worry too much about shrinkage, but please use it as a reference only.
