Hello, this is Umezu from the Nagoya store.
Last week, on my day off, I took a trip to Hotta in Mizuho Ward, Nagoya, and visited a bar that caught my eye.

I was curious about Dote no Shinagawa, as both the exterior and the tatami room inside had a very dignified appearance, so I looked into it and found out that it was founded in 1959 (Showa 34).
The Real Fifties - I think it's truly amazing that they've been able to continue doing the same business in the same place for about 66 years.
These days, I feel like I still have a lot to learn.
We look forward to receiving your vintage bar information.
Today, we'd like to change things up and introduce some vintage watches that are only available at our Nagoya store.

・1950s Hamilton Stuart B with Extension bracelet. (HT-024)
This model, named "Stuart B," was made in the 1950s by "HAMILTON," arguably the most famous manufacturer of American vintage watches.
It is a manual winding type, has been overhauled and is in good working order.

The original glass windshield remains intact, and the condition is so good it's hard to believe it's about 70 years old.

When viewed from the side, the dome-shaped crystal, typical of vintage watches, is clearly visible.
It's a rare piece from this era that comes with an extension band, a so-called accordion band.
I also love these accordion bands and have several of them, but I think this one has a nice look and is great.

The case back is engraved with initials and the year "1953," suggesting it may have been a gift for someone at the time.
It's great to have an episode like that!
Let me introduce one more thing.

・1940s Bulova BlackDial with Extension bracelet. (HT-023)
BULOVA is a famous American vintage watchmaker second only to Hamilton.
Made in the 1940s, this is also a manual winding watch, has been overhauled and is in perfect working order.

It has a black dial, which is rare for this era, and a slightly rounded, rectangular case with three-dimensional shapes on the sides.

Furthermore, while small seconds are usually located at the bottom of square cases from this era, this watch features a rare center second hand located in the center.

This one also comes with an accordion band from the same era, but it has an intricate design and is cool.
These bands alone have become expensive recently, so if you've been looking for one, this might be the one for you.
Both products come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, and we also provide excellent after-sales service.
Finally, since it is the end of the month, we would like to inform you that the Nagoya store will be closed for the holidays.

Only the Nagoya store will be closed on days marked with a skull ☠️.
If you are planning to visit us on a weekday, please take a screenshot of this page and review it before you arrive.
We look forward to your continued support in February!
