We have recreated a work cap from the 1940s and 1950s.

This is a typical work cap that was popular among various engineers, farmers, and cooks.

The top is made of a single piece of fabric, with eight tucks around it to give it volume and make it easier to wear. This shape was convenient because it allowed most of the hair to fit inside the hat.

The brim at the front is lined with the same material, so even if you bend it and wear it, it won't snap and break.

In the famous American workwear of the past, most brands made this type of work cap, including Lee, Carhartt, Big Smith, etc.

They were also available in a wide range of store brands.

However, most of the fabrics are dark colors such as hickory stripes, light-ounce denim, and black chambray. I don't think you see chino cloth fabrics like this very often.

Originally, chino cloth was a fabric used by the military, so it is usually only seen on other types of caps rather than work caps.

So, Dry Bones has decided to design and produce a work cap for a work brand using chino cloth material. It is easy to match with chino cloth pants, and the bright color prevents heat from accumulating on the top of the head.

In addition, elastic tape is placed in the center back of the cap, making it a free size that makes it easy to put on and take off.

The inner diameter is 60 to 64 cm, making them several times easier to wear than American vintage pieces, which are smaller in size.

This is a hat that fans wear for a long time, with many people wearing the same one until it wears out and then buying a new one.
