That aside, this is the Cold Dew of 2023.
Cold dew refers to the cold dew that falls on plants and flowers.
It's gotten really cold and cool since the beginning of this week.
On the other hand, this summer was just too hot.
An interesting graph was published the other day. 
Temperatures in Tokyo over the last 100 years or so.
The top figure shows the daily average values for the summers of 1901-1920.
During this time, there was not a single day when the temperature exceeded 26 degrees .
The middle figures are for 2001-2020.
Apparently half of the days in the last four months have exceeded 26 degrees!
The bottom row shows the figures for summer 2023.
There were 90 days when the temperature reached over 30 degrees!
It turns out this summer was special.
