I took a day off the other day and went to this live show.
My long-time favorite band, GREEN DAY, is performing in Osaka!
This will be his first solo visit to Japan in 15 years, and I have been looking forward to it for several months.
23 years ago, in 2002, the first live concert I ever saw was GREEN DAY, at the same Osaka Castle Hall.
The concert was of course amazing, but it also brought back memories of going to see it with a friend as a middle school student, feeling excited, and it was quite moving.
It's wonderful to be able to see your favorite band even after so many years.
