A 45mm wide basketweave embossed belt based on a vintage item.

From the vintage collection of the 1980s and 1990s,
This is a reproduction of a belt that was once officially adopted by the US police.

The material used is tanned cowhide with a lacquer finish, which gives it the right thickness and hardness to beautifully display the distinctive embossing.

The buckle has a particularly old-fashioned, thin shape and is made from solid brass.
Since it has only been polished, when you first use it it will have the poor gold colour of the 1920s, but it will quickly turn a tarnished brass colour.

The stitching that fastens the buckle is made from zero-count raw cotton.

As you wear it, it will take on a more vintage look.
