The design is based on hats that were popular in the 1920s and 1930s.

The name Snappy is written as SNAPPY, and literally means "stylish" or "stylish."

Originally, the general term for this type of hat is hunting cap in English, but in Japan, the term hunting cap tends to bring to mind a hat with only one piece of top. So Dry Bones named this eight-piece hat "casquette" (meaning cap in English), a product name that appeared in an old French movie.

The name has become popular over the past quarter century, but we felt that the eight-piece hat, which is a step above the rest, needed another name.

By using more fabric, it gives the impression of being roomier when worn. By using non-stretch parts for the inner sliding part, it is possible to expand the size range. By adding a classic part called a tassel at the center of the back inside, we have succeeded in creating a more luxurious and classic impression.

The material is a cotton blend twill. The twill has a slightly white appearance due to the difference in thread color, which is a unique feature of blended materials.

The fabric has deep color variations when woven, making it a perfect match for clothing that changes over time.
