DS-2632 Irregular Pocket Chambray Work Shirt

100% Cotton

Sizes 36 and 40 are sold out.

The project is based on the work shirts of a certain American brand from the 1920s and 1930s.

The brand's shirts are famously known as "Gacha Poke."

The name comes from the fact that the left and right pockets are asymmetrical and clattery-like.

The right side is box-shaped with pleats at the bottom, and is designed primarily for storing box-shaped items such as cigarettes and matches.

The pocket on the left is longer and was designed to store long items such as pens and rulers.

That's why this pocket of mine also has a pen pocket hidden inside.

The front bracket does not go all the way down, but is cut off halfway.

It is designed to be worn tucked into trousers, so it is designed not to bunch up inside the bottoms.

So by wearing this part exposed, you can show your consideration.

Like the work shirts of the time, lining is used on the back of the collar stand and the yoke.

We have used strong fabric in areas that are subject to frequent wear and tear.

The material is cotton chambray.

This plain weave fabric uses blue dyed yarn for the warp and off-white undyed yarn for the weft.

The blue of the warp threads fades with each wash and changes over time.

Try wearing America from before World War II, when it still had a handmade feel.
