We have recreated a textile pattern that existed in the 1950s by incorporating it into a shirt.
Originally, this pattern was only found on gabardine jackets. Similar to border argyle, the pattern runs in a straight line across the chest area.
This pattern was very popular in the 1950s, and many argyle patterns, exotic patterns, animal patterns, etc. were made. Among them, this "native pattern" is quite rare... the pattern is made with "foam print", which was rare at the time. The dish was served.
However, due to the large unevenness, it is difficult to find a clean vintage item that is already several decades old. Most of them have had the foam print peeled off, leaving only traces.
So, Dry Bones decided to move away from foam printing and go for textile printing. Also, we used a light and easy-to-wear rayon shirt.
The front of the dress is positioned so that it is just out of the way of the pockets and can be seen even when wearing a jacket, while the back is positioned around the center of the back, making the pattern easy to see.
The collar is long, but has small rounded ends, reminiscent of the late 1950s.
The buttons are original dyed mushroom shaped buttons, and the back of the yoke is equipped with cupra satin for improved slipperiness and durability.
