DL-053 Leather Pleats Jacket

HORSE HIDE

Sizes 36 and 38 are sold out.

This denim jacket with a flap on one pocket, which was produced for a long time from the late 1910s to the early 1950s, has been designed and produced in horsehide with Dry Bones' interpretation.

As they were called at the time, "pleated blouses" or "riveted blouses," they had symmetrical pleats on the front and rivets for reinforcement at the pocket openings and cuffs.

The buckle on the cinch back attached to the back of the garment is made by bending and hammering solid brass wire.

Furthermore, the holes on the back strap belt are sewn with an ankle hole, which contributes to a classic look.

The material used is horsehide, specifically pony hide. It has a fine grain, is soft, light and durable, and is one of the finest leathers.

It is only available in black, reminiscent of the designs that existed at the time.

To match the black leather outer material, we deliberately used charcoal gray for the sewing thread to create the look of a tanned leather jacket.

Additionally, the length is slightly longer than the vintage item, to suit modern bottoms.

I have an image of cowboys of that time wearing these leather jackets until they were covered in dust.

Western style is the classic look, but since it's made of black leather, it can be worn in a smart or modern style.

This jacket will elevate your look and make you enjoy wearing it.
