We have recreated the extremely thin belt for two-pleat trousers that was all the rage in the 1950s.

In the 1950s, the majority of dressy bottoms worn by men were two-pleat trousers. These trousers often had narrow belt loops, making them difficult to match with today's casual wear. That's why we designed a belt that would also go well with vintage trousers.

The belt width is 20 mm. However, because the belt core is a classic kamaboko type, it feels wider than 20 mm.

The main cowhide used is kid leather, which is made from the skin of calves between 6 months and 2 years old and is characterized by its fine texture and softness.

The plain kid leather comes in three colors: white, black, and brown. The center is cut with lizard-embossed cow leather, creating a 1950s "gorgeous two-tone" look.

Regarding sizing, each belt has 5 eyelets spaced 1 inch apart. The center eyelet is the size setting. So, a 31 inch belt can be adjusted from 29 to 33 inches.
