This event is held every year on July 12th, which is "DOO WOP Day." These are printed T-shirts that are planned and produced as a commemoration for participating in this event.

The DOO WOP Day party will be held for the 8th time in 2024. It is held every year at Star Pines Cafe in Kichijoji, Tokyo. A variety of musicians will appear...

The headliners were OH! SHARELS, THE CRAZY SOUNDS, TWISTERS, and for the first time, Z-CLUB BAND from Kurume, Kyushu, also took part.

The names of all the participating bands are also printed, and the design is also borrowed from DOO WOP record jackets from around the 1950s.

This time, I borrowed the design from the famous British FLIP Records' DOO WOP omnibus record jacket. I used argyle as the background and drew a skeleton microphone on the front.

Because we only produce a limited number of items each year and prioritize sales at venues, there may be cases where sizes or colors are missing by the time they are put on the shelves in stores or online.

It's fun to collect the few commemorative T-shirts from the DOO WOP event.
