These suspenders were hugely popular in the 1900s and 1920s, and have now been revived in modern times, more than 100 years later.

The rabbit ear suspenders have become a standard item for Dry Bones. As the name suggests, rabbit ears are rabbit ears. They were named after the fact that the back of the suspenders look just like rabbit ears.

All leather parts, including the rabbit ears, are made from original die-cutting dies. The tape that fastens the buttons is also a reproduction from a vintage item. The special tape is folded over and sandwiched, then sewn in a zigzag pattern.

The rubber tape, called elastic tape, is 40 mm wide and covered with a linen-blend fabric. The color of the leather parts is changed to match the color of the tape. The color scheme may also change slightly depending on the leather stock, which also gives it a vintage feel.
