The textile is based on a bamboo striped Hawaiian shirt from the 1950s.
The vintage design only comes in bamboo pattern, so we added several patterns of tikis, the Hawaiian gods, on top of it.
The bamboo, which is represented only as shadows against a white background, is decorated with a mist-like motif, and the scene with the tiki dancing is truly reminiscent of Hawaii's virgin forest.
Rayon Fujiette material with coconut buttons and traditional Hawaiian shirt details.
The patterns on the pockets as well as the left and right front panels are perfectly matched, demonstrating the high level of skill in cutting and sewing.
The inside of the yoke is made of cupra, which gently wraps around your sweaty shoulders in the summer.
