An open-collar shirt with an ombre check pattern typical of the 1950s.

The yarn-dyed ombre check color scheme is monochrome, making this an easy-to-wear piece.

The shape is a Dry Bones standard, short point, single pocket type.

It is what some would call "typical late 1950s design."

However, it is actually made with great attention to detail...

This regular check makes it easy to see, but when viewed from the front, the opening of the pocket is slightly tilted outward.

This figure is just 5 mm compared to the pocket width of 12 cm.

By raising it by just 5 mm, the body would appear to have the "simple and sturdy" shape that was the men's style of the time.

On the other hand, if the pockets are completely horizontal, the outside will look like they are hanging down when the garment is worn, which can make the garment look flimsy.

The pockets are intentionally cut on the bias.

It gives movement to the clothes, making you look more active.
