This open-collar shirt was designed with resort wear from the late 1940s to early 1950s in mind.

At first glance it looks like a typical open-collar shirt, but as we have been making these types of shirts for a long time, we have put a lot of effort into creating this new item.

First, the collar. I chose a long point collar, which is a large, long collar that stretches in a straight line. This type of collar was popular in America for a short period after the war. When worn, the collar extends down to the shoulders, making you appear more muscular.

To encourage this way of wearing, the first button is a buttonhole instead of a loop. Moreover, only the first buttonhole is inside out. In other words, it is designed to be worn open. That is it.

Also, to minimize the amount of luggage you need, there is only one chest pocket on the left side, but for design reasons, we added an octopus-leg pocket flap.

The material is 80% cotton, 20% linen canvas. Natural color, geometric pattern printed in a single color on the base color of the material itself.
