This is a reproduction of the Cuban shirt, which has long been worn in Central and South America, limited to the style that was popular in the 1950s.

This time in particular, we chose this "printed fabric resembling a continuous tuning fork" because it was discovered in dead stock.

However, since the total number of meters of deadstock fabric was short, it was only used for transitions.

We have used a luxurious amount of extremely rare printed fabric.

The Cuban shirt has been worn in Caribbean countries and Mexico since before the war.

It was so common that it was even used for ceremonial occasions and as a uniform for civil servants.

This loose-fitting shirt jacket features an open collar and four large pockets.

There is one pleat on each side of the front and one pleat at the center of the back.

It may also include seasonal embroidery or family crest embroidery.

In the 1950s, when Nassau, the capital of the Bahamas in the Caribbean, was a popular tourist destination, the Nassau jacket was a popular jacket worn there.

The Nassau jacket was inspired by the Cuban shirt, a traditional item in the region.

So Dry Bones has reconstructed the Cuban shirt based on the Nassau jacket from the 1950s.

It features four large pockets and two printed fabric accents on the front and one on the back.

This item is made of cotton and can be washed in a home washing machine.

In addition to the central print change, the back of the body has darts on both sides.

Along with the shallow V-yoke, it allows for ample shoulder blade movement.

The buttons on the placket and pockets are made of genuine Takase shell and are 15mm wide.

These buttons are large for a shirt, making it look more like a jacket.

Wearing two-pleat trousers as the bottoms is the classic way to create a resort-like look.
