I made a shirt using a textile fabric that was very popular in the United States in the 1950s.

In the 1950s, American abstract painter Jackson Pollock's "action painting" technique was widely adopted for use in a wide range of products.

Action painting is a technique in which paint is dripped onto the floor or wall or applied with a spray gun, and he is said to have been the first to do so.

Abstract paintings made using this technique were highly praised around the world and became a representative style of abstract painting. In particular, the technique of "dripping paint onto the floor" was later used to design floors in architecture. .

It is said that it was originally influenced by Native American "sand paintings."

The fabric in this article is a textile based on that painting.

The fabric used this time is deadstock cotton broadcloth made in the United States. We only purchased a small amount of it that was imported to Japan.

The shape is short point and open collar. I tried to focus on the style of the late 1950s.

The fabric is only available in one color: black and white.

This is dead stock, so we only produce a limited quantity. Hurry up and get yours.
