Based on work shirts from the 1920s, we designed and produced this item using FFA printed fabric.
FFA stands for Future Farmers of America, an American student agricultural federation established in the 1920s.
Vintage lovers will know that in the 1950s, matching blue corduroy jackets were made in each region.
I found some deadstock FFA printed shirt fabric, so I decided to make a 1920s style work shirt out of it.
Also, since it was deadstock and there wasn't much fabric, I decided to simplify it and only make it short sleeves.
The large FFA logo and bald eagle mark are impressive.
The base color is blue, just like the corduroy jacket, so I deliberately made the lining on the back of the collar stand blue as well.
It has a classic design with two pockets, but only the left one has a flap. What's more, please check again how the patterns on the body, pockets, and flaps match up! The patterns are matched with a divine technique that can be called artistic.
For someone like me who works in agriculture, this is a shirt with a pattern that I would love to have.
