The design and production is based on the so-called leather jacket from the 1950s.

This design is based on the typical "front three pocket jacket" of this era.

Leather jackets from this era often had a small side pocket on the chest. It was also known as a cigarette pocket, and was apparently used primarily for storing cigarettes at the time.

However, in the 21st century, the smoking rate in Japan has fallen to 19%, and this pocket is difficult to use... so we changed it to one with the same size and angle as the waist pocket. We also moved it slightly closer to the center. By doing this, it becomes much easier to take things in and out with your right hand.

It also has action pleats on the back, making it easier for you to move your arms.

Additionally, the action pleats are slightly curved, which allows for greater distance and a wider range of motion.

The material is horsehide. The material is dyed brown and then finished with a lacquer spray. The brown color of the base will become visible over time.
