This jacket is inspired by sportswear from the 1930s to early 1950s.

The basic body is made of thick, 100% wool Melton.

The fine-grained cupra satin lining helps keep out the cold.

The front has three pockets, increasing storage capacity.

The chest pocket in particular features a zipper with a chain head, protecting valuables.

The top of the front zipper is a "U-shaped stop," a very classic shape.

The tape on both sides of the zipper rail is made of cotton, just like in the original.

It will age with years of use.

The back has a belt at the waist, with Melton tucks above that.

This design is called the Sunningdale type because it resembles the rising sun.

The tucks allow for good shoulder blade movement, making it a well-thought-out construction for a sports jacket.

The boldly placed yoke line on the back shoulders also works in conjunction with the pectoral muscles.

The side belts, which are placed quite low, are secured with buckles using herringbone tape,

The belt section is made from thick melton fabric with piping.

The cuffs are also ribbed.

Contrary to its classic look, the cut and stitching are ergonomic.

Can be worn as an outer layer for sports, or as a stylish classic outer layer with a period vibe.

The short length makes it perfect for riding cars, motorcycles, etc.
